E-TECH Alloy Wheel Putty

The E-TECH Alloy Wheel Putty is specially formulated for repairing alloy wheels. This unique polymer compound is developed to bond to aluminium and is ideal for filling scratches, deep scuffs, and kerb damage. Supplied as a 10cm stick, it is easy to shape, sand, and paint.

Application Instructions

• Cut a section from the putty stick using scissors and remove the protective film.
• Knead the putty between your fingers and thumb until a uniform grey colour is achieved—this means it's ready to apply.
• Shape and form the putty on the damaged area before it begins to cure. Its thick consistency prevents drips and runs.
• The putty will not rust and helps seal and protect the damaged areas.
• It cures to a light grey colour. Although full curing takes around 24 hours (depending on conditions), it can be sanded and shaped after just 1 hour.
• Once shaped, the area is ready for painting. Paint can be applied directly over the cured putty using standard paint procedures.

Note: This product is not suitable for structural repairs to alloy wheels. If in doubt, consult a qualified mechanic.
