1. Deliveries

Local deliveries are handled by our own drivers (and trusted couriers when required). Delivery options and any charges are shown at checkout based on your basket and location.

Click & Collect (Free)

Prefer to pick up? Choose Click & Collect at checkout—there’s no charge.

  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready to collect (usually during store opening hours).
  • We’ll hold your order for up to 2 days from the moment you place the order.
  • If it isn’t collected within 2 days, we’ll cancel the order and refund to your original payment method.
  • Please bring your order number (and the payment card if requested) when collecting.

2. Returns & Cancellations

We aim for complete satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ve kept the process simple.

Retail Customers

Returns should be brought back to either of our stores. We don’t offer a collection service for retail returns.

Trade/Garage Customers

For trade customers on regular runs, we can collect returns during the next scheduled delivery.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels.

Defective Items

Please contact us before returning a suspected faulty item. We’ll advise the correct process and assess the part.

How to Return

  • Call 01733 557457 (Peterborough) or 01778 789500 (Market Deeping).
  • Bring the item and your receipt/proof of purchase to either branch.
  • We’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange.
Important: Special-order parts may incur a handling charge and some are non-returnable. Please ensure you need the part before placing a special order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order parts
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Used, installed or modified items
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned beyond 30 days

3. Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and apply in addition to your statutory rights.

Making a Warranty Claim

  • Contact either branch to discuss the issue.
  • We’ll confirm the specific warranty for your product.
  • Bring the part and proof of purchase to store.
  • We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Timing: Most standard claims can take up to six weeks, depending on the supplier and whether inspection is required. Some claims may take longer.

Millfield Autoparts Ltd is governed by the original supplier’s Terms and Conditions, and the supplier’s findings are final.

Warranty Exclusions

Typically not covered:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Vehicle/part modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use in non-standard applications
