b. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display the products accurately, the actual appearance of products may vary due to factors such as lighting, monitor settings, or manufacturing differences.
Some product images and catalogue data are supplied under licence from Autocat and are subject to copyright restrictions.

Certain product images and catalogue data on this website are used under licence from Autocat and other suppliers, and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Millfield Autoparts reserves the right to remove or update any images or catalogue data at the request of our suppliers or copyright holders.


3B. Catalogue Data, Pricing, and Stock Information

Product catalogue data, including specifications and images, are supplied under licence from Autocat. This content remains the intellectual property of Autocat and is used by Millfield Autoparts strictly in accordance with our licence agreement. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission from Autocat.

Product pricing and stock availability information is provided through our internal Autopart system. This information is updated regularly and may be subject to change at any time.


4. Ordering and Payment

a. Orders may be placed directly through the Website. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the checkout process.
b. All orders are subject to cancellation or modification by Millfield Autoparts under certain circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.
c. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it becomes binding unless the product is unavailable or there is an issue with payment verification.


5. Order Cancellation

a. Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellations will only be accepted under specific circumstances.
b. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer must follow the return process outlined in Section 6.


6. Shipping and Delivery

a. Millfield Autoparts offers delivery within the UK only. Orders placed before 12 PM on a Business Day may be eligible for same-day delivery in Peterborough or next-day delivery within the UK, subject to product availability.
b. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, and courier availability. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
c. Millfield Autoparts is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen events.


7. Returns and Exchanges

At Millfield Autoparts, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following guidelines:

a. Return Process
Retail Customers: Returns must be brought back to either of our store locations. We do not offer collection services for retail customer returns.
Trade/Garage Customers: For trade customers, we can collect returns during our next scheduled delivery to your location.

b. Return Eligibility
Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and condition with all original tags and labels attached.

c. Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective, please contact our team before returning it. We will provide guidance on the return process for defective merchandise.

d. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our standard return policy, though they may still be eligible for warranty claims:

  • Special order parts

  • Electrical components that have been installed

  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Items returned beyond the 30-day return period

e. Special Order Parts
Special order parts are non-returnable. Please ensure that you require the part before placing a special order.

f. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item, depending on the payment method used. Please note that refunds may take longer if there are issues with the return or refund processing.


8. Discounts, Promotions, and Vouchers

a. Only one promotion can be applied per order. Sale items are excluded from further discounts.
b. Weekend Offers are available every Friday to Sunday, starting at 12 AM Friday and ending at 4 PM Sunday, while stocks last.
c. Special promotions or discount codes may be offered from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be excluded from other offers.


9. Product Reviews

a. Customers are encouraged to submit reviews for products they have purchased. By submitting a review, you agree to abide by our guidelines for content and conduct.
b. Millfield Autoparts reserves the right to remove or reject any review that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.


10. Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type. Each manufacturer sets their own warranty terms and conditions.

a. Making a Warranty Claim
To inquire about warranty coverage or make a claim:

  • Contact our team at either branch to discuss the issue with the part.

  • Bring the part to our store along with your proof of purchase.

  • We will handle the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

b. Warranty Processing Times
Warranty claims may take up to six weeks to process, depending on the supplier. In some cases, claims may take longer if the manufacturer needs to inspect the part before considering a credit or replacement.

c. Warranty Exclusions
Most warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Modifications to the vehicle or part

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Use in non-standard applications


11. Limitation of Liability

a. Millfield Autoparts will not be held liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of the Website or any products purchased.
b. In no event will Millfield Autoparts be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or for any business-related losses arising from your use or inability to use the Website or products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.


19. Changes to Terms and Conditions
