Liqui Moly Pro-Line DPF Purge – Flushing Fluid for Diesel Particulate Filters

Description:
Liqui Moly Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Purge is specially formulated to flush soot and cleaner residues from diesel particulate filters (DPF/FAP) after treatment with Pro-Line DPF Cleaner. It neutralizes the cleaning agent and distributes the softened soot particles evenly across the filter surface, allowing them to be fully burned off during the next regeneration cycle. Regular use of the cleaner and purge as a maintenance process helps restore DPF functionality and avoid costly filter replacements.

Compatibility

Designed for use in passenger car diesel engines equipped with DPF systems. To be used immediately after applying Liqui Moly Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner.

Application Instructions

Use a Pressurized Tank Spray Gun to apply. Follow these steps:

1. Ensure the filter temperature is below 40 °C before starting.
2. Access the DPF via the temperature or pressure sensor port.
3. After applying the 1 L DPF Cleaner and waiting 15 minutes, introduce the full 500 ml of DPF Purge through the same probe.
4. Spray in intervals of 5–10 seconds with 5–10 second pauses between each burst at 6–8 bar pressure, while slowly rotating and moving the probe for even distribution.
5. Once flushing is complete, reinstall sensors and initiate forced regeneration as per the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.

Important Safety Notes

Always consult the safety data sheet before use. After application, depressurize the spray gun and fully empty the tank. Do not store the gun with fluid inside.
