- Two-Step Power: Includes cleaning and flushing agents for complete internal treatment.
- Workshop Friendly: Designed for use with the JLM DPF Cleaning Toolkit and air compressor setup.
Kit Components
- Step 1: JLM DPF Cleaning Fluid (500 ml)
- Step 2: JLM DPF Flush Fluid (1.5 L)
- Tools Required: JLM DPF Cleaning Toolkit (J02250) or Similar – includes spray gun, pressure reducer, tank, hose, and nozzle
Step 1: Apply the DPF Cleaning Fluid

- Spray in 1-minute bursts, allowing 2-3 minutes between bursts. Let it soak for 15 minutes total.
- Start the engine, idle for 5 minutes, then run at 1500 RPM for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Flush the DPF
- Replace fluid in tank with 1.5 L of Flush Fluid.
- Gradually apply 750 ml while idling. Raise RPM to 1500 for 15 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining 750 ml.
- Reconnect all sensors and dry hoses carefully to avoid ECU errors.
- Take a 20-minute road test at steady speed (~2000 RPM) to complete regeneration.
- Reset error codes and service lights if needed.
