Xstream G48 is an ethylene glycol-based antifreeze and coolant with advanced silicate-based inhibitors. Designed to protect your vehicle’s cooling system from corrosion, overheating, and freezing, this formula delivers reliable year-round performance and includes a bittering agent for safety.

 

Key Features:

 

• Ethylene glycol-based with silicate inhibitors

• Protects against corrosion, overheating, and frost

• Service life up to 3 years

• Appearance: Clear dark blue/green liquid

• Density @ 20°C: 1.122 g/cm³

• Boiling point: 175°C

• Safeguarded with a bittering agent to help prevent accidental ingestion

 

 

Directions for Use:

 

• Dilute with de-ionised water according to your vehicle manufacturer’s instructions

• Pour into the vehicle’s cooling system

• Do not mix with other types of antifreeze

• Remove spills from paintwork immediately

 

 

Approximate Protection Levels:

 

• 33% mix: Protects to -18°C

• 50% mix: Protects to -36°C

• 60% mix: Protects to -52°C

 

 

Handling & Storage:

 

• Minor spills should be absorbed with oil absorbent, sand, or dirt. Wash area with soapy water and dry

• Avoid galvanised containers, which may corrode and contaminate the product

 

 

Shelf Life:

 

• 5 years from date of manufacture

• Date code printed on the bottle (YYYY.MM.DD)
