E-TECH Chassis Paint
E-TECH Chassis Paint has been specially formulated to restore, refurbish and protect vehicle chassis and other underbody components. Ideal for use on chassis, subframes, axles, engine mounts, suspension arms, floor pans and any exposed metal surface requiring a tough, durable finish.
This high-performance enamel coating provides a satin "factory finish" look while offering excellent resistance to oil, grease, fuel, chips, and road grime. It can be applied directly to prepared bare metal — no primer required (except on alloys).

Surface Preparation
- Ensure both the part and paint are at room temperature (15°C–25°C) before use.
- Work in a warm, dry, and dust-free area for optimal results.
- Use a wire or steel brush to remove loose rust, dirt, and debris.
- Clean the area thoroughly with a degreaser — remove all grease, oil, and road grime.
- Sand surface with medium to fine grade abrasive paper or pads.
- Mask off any areas not to be painted.
- Ensure surface is clean and completely dry before painting.
- *If painting over alloy, apply an etch primer before use.
Application
- Stir paint thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use.
- Apply with a brush in thin, even coats to avoid runs or droplets.
- Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats.
- Apply 2–3 coats as needed to achieve full coverage and desired finish.
- Do not use the vehicle until paint has fully cured (1–2 hours, depending on temperature).
