LOCTITE® 2700 – High Strength Green Threadlocker

Description:
LOCTITE® 2700 is a high-strength, green threadlocking adhesive designed for the permanent locking and sealing of bolts, studs, and nuts in heavy-duty applications. It prevents loosening due to vibration and shock and is ideal for assemblies that are not intended to be disassembled. This formulation works effectively on all metals, including passive substrates like stainless steel and zinc-coated parts. LOCTITE 2700 is a safety-conscious product, free from hazard symbols, risk, and safety phrases, with no declarable CMR substances.

Application Notes:
Apply directly to clean, dry threads. Assemble parts immediately and allow to cure. Designed for permanent applications such as pumps, gearboxes, and press components. Suitable for use with aluminum, brass, steel, and stainless steel. Heating to 250°C is required for disassembly.
