Usage Instructions

• Clean and dry the surface to be repaired. Remove loose material, grease, and rust for best adhesion.
• Cut off the required amount of putty using a knife or blade.
• Knead by hand until a uniform grey colour is achieved (approx. 1–2 minutes).
• Apply immediately to the repair area, pressing firmly to ensure adhesion and shape as needed.
• Allow 15–30 minutes for initial set. Avoid disturbing the repair during this time.
• Full chemical cure will be achieved within 60 minutes.
• Once cured, the repair can be drilled, filed, sanded, tapped, or painted.

Note: Always wear gloves when handling epoxy putty and wash hands thoroughly after use.
