J-B Weld ExtremeHeat™ is specially formulated to handle repairs in high-temperature metal environments up to 538°C. Ideal for automotive and industrial use, this metallic compound is water-based, solvent-free, and non-flammable—perfect for patching cracks, gaps, or holes in exhaust systems, grills, furnaces, and more. Once fully cured, it can be drilled, machined, or sanded for a permanent, professional-quality finish.

• Rated for continuous exposure up to 538°C
• Excellent for repairing exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, mufflers, and fireboxes
• Ideal for patching cracks, seams, or gaps in iron and steel components
• Water-based and solvent-free formula (no VOCs)
• Can be drilled, sanded, or machined after full cure

Application Instructions:

1. Prepare: Remove dirt and debris. Use sandpaper to roughen surface. For deeper cracks, widen to 1/8" with a screwdriver or drill.
2. Mix: Open J-B Weld ExtremeHeat™ and mix thoroughly.
3. Apply: Apply generously to surface or into holes/cracks. Allow 2–4 hours to set, depending on temperature and conditions.
4. Dry: Check with a fingernail for full cure. If soft, apply low heat (e.g. hair dryer) or allow 24 hours before exposing to high heat. Repeat test as needed.
