How to Use

Add entire contents to the cooling system when the engine is cool. Top up with water if necessary to ensure proper level. Run the engine at normal operating temperature with the heater set to maximum for 10-15 minutes. Allow the engine to cool completely, then drain the entire cooling system according to manufacturer's instructions. Flush thoroughly with clean water until it runs clear. Refill with fresh coolant of the appropriate type and concentration. For severe contamination, a second treatment may be necessary.

Extreme Cooling System Degreaser is particularly valuable when addressing cooling systems contaminated by head gasket failures, cracked cylinder heads, or oil cooler leaks. This product should be used as the first step in cooling system service when oil contamination is present. For complete cooling system maintenance, follow with Wynns Cooling System Flush to remove any remaining mineral deposits and scale after the oil contamination has been addressed. Not recommended for routine cooling system maintenance unless oil contamination is suspected.
